Song: Insomnia

Overall Impression:
"Insomnia" pits Frank Deno's fiery flow against an ethereal soundscape - skillfully crafting a sonic space that blends atmospheric energies with deeply engaging lyrical rhythms in an auditory experience that lands as both immersive and deeply energizing!  As if Frank's style wasn't hypnotic enough, the rich and reverberant instrumentals on "Insomnia" serve to drive home the sleepless tone of the track's captivating lyricism in an all-encompassing cocktail of clever production and enticing sound design.

Strongest Point(s):
The tone and timbre of the instrumentals on "Insomnia" are stellar!  From the instrumental sounds chosen to the sparingly applied female backing vocals and the beat itself, the track presents itself as a cavernous space and practically commands the listener to lose themselves inside of it.  This crafty sound design extends to Frank Deno's vocal track as well, with the sub-octave doubling on the vocal lines serving to both bolster the lyrical flow and deepen the immersive quality of the sound.  As always, however, the real star of the track is Frank Deno and his magnetic delivery.  Each and every line feels so intentionally crafted and carefully constructed that listeners have no choice but to hold on tight and enjoy the ride.  Excellent sound all around!
